Nick Puente,
Managing Partner
Nick Puente is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Total Care Connections in 2009 and Total Care Franchise Systems in 2011. Prior to launching TCC, Nick successfully built and operated Senior Living Solutions, a senior care placement company, in Tucson, Arizona. He has assisted nearly 400 clients and their families in searching for senior services at home or in facilities. His efforts in business development and sales for TCC have enabled him to be recognized as one of the top 35 entrepreneurs under 35 in the state of Arizona by the Arizona Republic in 2010. In addition, TCC was recognized in 2011 as one of the fastest growing companies in Tucson by The Wells Fargo Copper Cactus Awards showing a growth of nearly 300% over the previous year. Nick received his education from the University of Arizona where he was the first student admitted to the U of A without a high school diploma or GED at age 17 and graduated with his bachelors from the U of A in 2002 at age 19.
Daniel Stringer,

Daniel is a successful entrepreneur and musician and has traveled all over the world. As a co-founder of Total Care Connections, He is strategic in managing the operations and development of the company. Prior to the launch of TCC, He founded and managed the non-profit organization, Phoenix Rock for Life, and built the successful executive recruiting firm, Stringer Associates. He was ranked as one of the top 35 entrepreneurs under 35 years old for 2010 and his company has been featured in Phoenix Magazine, AZCentral.com, Arizona Republic, and Inside Business. Aside from business, Daniel has found success in music and recorded the CD, Penderecki’s Credo, with the Phoenix Boys Choir in 1999 which later went on to win a Grammy Award for Best Choral Performance in 2001.
Dwaine Canova,
CFO
Mr. Canova has served as a CFO, COO and CEO of various organizations. He started one organization and grew it to 2,800 employees in 5 countries with dozens of $billion+ companies as clients. He has led sales, customer support, technology, marketing and consulting organizations.
Mr. Canova has conducted management seminars around the world. He has written a soon to be published book for leaders and managers of medium sized and smaller organizations. He also published a motivational book to help people work more effectively within organizations. His speech to the Stanford Alumni Association was taped and is sold as part of their video series entitled Executive Briefings “Customer-Focused Companies: Using Integrated Marketing Practices to Increase Profitability.”
Mr. Canova was a teaching fellow and earned an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
