Our Team
We have a high standard for those who seek to be a part of the TCC family. All of our care staff are required to undergo:
- Hours of training and certification in Personal, Supervisory, and Direct Care
- FBI Fingerprint Background Check
- CPR and First Aide Certified
- TB tested
- Professional reference checks
This is only the first step. A thorough orientation and training on our company culture and values ensures that all of our staff are committed and prepared to make your experience the best it can be.

Your Care
We are here to listen to you. Our team of care managers will work with you to build a customized care plan that includes everything from your preferences in menu preparation to your daily routine and assistance requirements. We will then work with you to come up with the best schedule that maximizes our time spent providing care. At any given time, you have the freedom to change the care plan and/or the schedule as you see fit.
24/7 Care Management
Our Care Management team is on the clock 24 hours/day managing the care staff in the field and making sure that you receive the care you need when you need it. In the event of an emergency or last-minute need, we are more than prepared to be there for you. We are your care partners. You can count on us.
