From a granddaughter viewpoint you made a tough situation much easier and being an RN as well, I can speak to the quality of your staff: top notch! We had Angie, Patty and of course Frankie and they all acted in a very professional as well as compassionate manner. They all seemed to know what to do, but also very willing to listen to me and do as I asked. They all seemed to know that even though they were there for my grandma, they also knew they were caring for my grandfather as well. And, after my grandma died just naturally shifted there focus onto him.
