What types of services does your company provide?

At Total Care Connections, we provide certified caregiving and private nursing services anywhere from a couple hours/day on up to 24 hours/day throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tucson, and the surrounding areas. We provide all levels of care so that your loved one can remain safely in their own home. If remaining at home is no longer an option, we provide a free service to families where we will assist you to find the right assisted living facility or home to meet your needs.

What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, but we literally have staff on-call 24 hours a day, so don’t hesitate to call if you need help!

What happens when my caregiver needs time off?

When your primary caregiver requests time off, we send in a relief caregiver with similar experience to ensure you are not left alone – that is our guarantee.

Can I interview the caregivers first?

We allow an introduction to our caregiver. Our company is responsible for screening, hiring, managing, and scheduling the caregivers, so you don’t have to shoulder that burden. We have found this to be a very successful model as caregivers who interview well may not be the most suitable person to care for your loved one or to meet your family’s needs. If, after meeting your caregiver, you decide it’s not the best fit, we will make a change immediately until you are completely satisfied.

Do you bill before or after services have been rendered?

We bill after services are rendered for your peace of mind.

How do I pay for home care services?

Home care services are typically covered by private pay, though some long-term care insurance plans include coverage for home care. We are also a contracted provider for the Veterans Administration as well as the Arizona Long-term Care Services (ALTCS). We are very experienced in working with insurance providers and can find out right away if you are covered. Give us a call today and we can discuss all options.

I’m not sure what I need. Can you help?

Yes, our staff is trained to help you determine which services are needed and how to best meet them. If we cannot help your family, we have a strong relationship with many local service providers and can provide a referral, as needed.

How much notice do you need to send someone?

We don’t need any notice! Our team of care managers are on the clock 24 hours a day, and are ready to assist when you are ready!

Do you require a long-term contract?

Absolutely not! We believe in being there for you when you need us. Whenever that time comes to an end, you just let us know.

Do you accept weekly payments?

Yes. Our billing cycle is on a weekly schedule for your convenience, and we will set up you on automatic bill pay so you don’t need to hassle with mailing in a check.

How much does it cost for home care?
