End of Life Care

A person’s last months, weeks, or even days are a precious time. It’s their chance to say goodbye to loved ones, settle affairs, and enjoy the little moments in life they appreciate so dearly. It deserves to be a time of comfort and peace. The care our team offers is different from Hospice care, a benefit covered by Medicare that extends to people near the end of life. Hospice care covers many crucial necessities and comforts — medical supplies in the home, medications, and nurse visits every couple of days. But Hospice care doesn’t cover everything. It doesn’t cover assistance with activities of daily living throughout the week. Patients on Hospice care need help with normal functions like using the restroom or everyday chores like cooking, cleaning, and errands. They may even need assistance with dressing, grooming, or medication reminders. This is where we come in with our end-of-life care. Our team of caregivers works directly with Hospice providers in tandem to ensure our clients have everything they need to remain safely and comfortably in their home.
